What people are saying

"Really helpful mindset techniques and the game-changing Hour 1 approach, which we now use across the company. Our whole team is better at time management and impact creation thanks to the advice and frameworks Luke and Hazel introduced us to. Thank you both!"

"Thanks so much for a fantastic course. Really well put together and the team are benefitting hugely."

Rob Wilson, CEO and Founder, Toast Brewing

What participants say

"I love Thrive! I found it really useful and like that I can apply it to all areas of life. I feel like it had a positive impact holistically, renewed thinking and enouraged me to reconsider how I see different aspects of my life. I like that the training addresses a lot of the why people put things off / don't set goals - I felt less "alone" in this and also helped make changes. I also like the peer grou sessions as it was a good chance to chat with people you might not always work with and get to know your colleagues on a deeper level!"

"I feel more in control of my calendar because I make the time to intentionally plan thins (vs. adding things ad-hoc as and when they come up)"

"Found the feeling a feeling very helpful in having a strategy to deal with stress / when emotions run high."

"I really like the way of breaking tasks and goals down into smaller and more manageable chunks."

"I've enjoyed learning that I'm in more control of how I feel than I thought I was."

"I feel lighter due to a lower emotional load."

"Completing Thrive as a group, with time held for us to connect and discuss, made the process feel more enjoyable."

"I have healthier habits, more energy, more resilience."
