"I just have to get this thing done" - what to do when you're in this mindset

Hi and welcome to the Scary Goals Club! I'm so happy you're here.

Do you ever get into a mindset of "I just have to get this done"? If so, this episode is for you! In it I talk through why working in that way actually strips us of our humanness and joy for life. Because we often put off feeling joy or aliveness or doing the very things that light us up until we "get this one thing done".

I want to offer a new approach: building joy and adventure and aliveness into your day. Sprinkling it in throughout the day - to boost your energy levels and help you enjoy each day rather than waiting until you've finished this thing, or work, or until the weekend. It will change everything and make life feel richer and more vibrant. Because what if that's the whole point in being intentional with our time? To live a meaningful and vibrant life? Rather than being a slave to our calendars and to-do lists.

Enjoy!

AND - come join Focus and Flow! Applications close 12th Feb 12:59pm UK time - so get in there!

Our first call kicks off on 18th Feb.

This 90-day, intimate, online program is designed to help you heal your relationship with time, embrace intuitive planning, and work with your neurodivergent brain - in a way that feels fun and flowy. So you can make a bigger impact by being more you, shifting your energy and working in a way that feels easy for you.

You’ll learn how to create plans that align with your energy and creativity, ditch the "shoulds," and reconnect with nature and yourself in a way that’s fun, flowy, and sustainable. The program includes weekly group coaching calls, Thursday group focus sessions for deep work (and to finally do the thing you've been putting off...), a supportive group chat for coaching in between sessions, loads of challenges and games to make the whole thing feel like a combo of partying and playing (which makes learning new skills easier).

It's going to be sooo good!
