Hellooooo 3 day weekends every week!

We will always keep your email safe.

Hello! For those of you that are new to me, I'm Hazel - lover of forests, mountains and running for hours on winding trails. Mum to six month old baby Flynn (who's teaching me A LOT about life and time) and my adventure dog Maple. Wife to Luke - and currently in Chamonix working remotely for five weeks!

I'm sooo passionate about sustainable time management - not busyness, not getting more done for the sake of getting more done, not burning out in the pursuit of more more more - instead using our precious time for the benefit of the planet and humans on it and to truly LIVE! Doing what makes us feel alive AND making the impact we want in the world.

Which is why I'm so excited to bring you this workshop on how to actually work a 4-day week.

This workshop’s for you if you:

  • Technically work a 4-day week, but use Friday to sweep stuff up
  • Keep checking your phone at lunch on your day off juuuust in case your team need anything from you ahead of the bid submission
  • Decide you’re definitely not working this Friday, but find yourself saying yes to a quick call with a client
  • Have been thinking about working a 4-day week - maybe you’ve been reading articles about the recent trials - but have no idea how you’d be able to get everything done

If this sounds like you - sign up and I’ll show you how to ACTUALLY work a 4-day week.

Because you know how to work a 4-day week - you just work 4 days. But of course it’s never that easy in practice because:

☕ Clients ask you for a chat on Friday and you reeeeally don’t want to let them down

📅 Bid deadlines always seem to have a way of landing on a Friday (why is that??)

🫱‍🫲 There’s so many meetings during the week, Friday’s your only chance to actually make progress on the longer term strategy stuff

🕒There’s not enough time in five days to get everything done, let alone in four days

I get it.

I’ve been there.

For at least six of the last seven years I’ve worked a 4-day week.

Yes, in my coaching business, but also in a fast-paced consultancy when most other people worked five days.

And I’ve learned a LOT!

There’s loads of mistakes I made when I first started doing this (that I now coach my clients on).

So in this workshop I:

⚡walk you through what these mistakes are

⚡and how to fix them

I’ll also teach you the THREE SIMPLE STEPS to working a 4-day week.

So you can actually work a 4-day week - and have Fridays for you:

⏰ To wake up with no alarm.

☕ To climb back into bed with a mug of coffee to read your book.

⛰️ To get out for a big hilly run first thing.

😎 To meander through the streets, looking in art gallery windows on your way to meet your friend for lunch.

🌲 To go away on Thursday evening for a long weekend in a tiny cabin in the forest.

🥐 Or by train to Paris.

Or simply a long weekend with zero plans, pottering around, catching up on podcasts and naps.

Because your time is your life.

And ACTUALLY working a 4-day week every week gives you 52 extra days a year of living.

52 extra days of resting and recharging.

52 extra days of things that make you feel alive.

So stop technically working a 4-day week and start actually working one.

I’ll show you how, step by step.

See you inside!
