/So I wanted this to be almost like a pep talk that you can come back to time and time again if things feel a bit heavy, a bit hard, and you're maybe not being as kind to [00:01:00] yourself as you would like, listening to this. I will be kind to you. So you can take some of these things on and start applying them and start speaking to yourself in a way that you know is moving you where you want to go.
And before we start, just take a few breaths to center yourself, to ground yourself, to really come into this present moment. So take a deep breath in, in through your nose, hold,
and then exhale through your mouth slowly. And just exhaling the past, exhaling this week, today, and then breathe in through your nose, filling up your lungs, filling And hold, and then breathing out through your mouth slowly, just exhaling all tension and stress.
Another deep breath [00:02:00] in, and inhaling peace and light and energy, right to the top of your lungs, and hold, and then exhaling slowly through your mouth, and just give yourself a shake if that's helpful as well, and just coming into this present moment, and feeling grounded.
/And even just right now, making that decision that you're just going to be kind to yourself, even when you're not getting the result you want, even when you keep feel that you keep trying and failing and there's setbacks, or maybe other people have said things Like no matter what is going on, you are going to be kind to yourself because you are the only one that you've got and whatever you believe we have this one life that we definitely know of and you've got you and we can't always rely on other people to be kind to us and to be nice to us and say the things that we want to hear.
So we give that gift to ourselves and just. If no one has told you today, if [00:03:00] you're not telling yourself, you are doing amazingly. Just by being here, just by getting out of bed this morning, just by being present, by showing up, you are doing so well with the tools that you have, with whatever is going on around you, however hard things feel right now.
Whatever has happened, you are still here, you are showing up, you are doing so well, you are doing so amazingly. It doesn't matter what outcomes you're getting, it doesn't matter if it's not happening as fast as you would like,
who knows how fast it was ever supposed to happen. What if it is just the perfect amount of time? Everything is taking as long as it was always going to take. You are exactly where you need to be in this moment.
Everything that is happening or has happened is testing you and helping you become the person that's going to go where you are going.
Everything that is happening, you are [00:04:00] either learning something from it, something about yourself, something about the world, something about others, Or you are winning and getting the outcome that you want.
You are always on the right track. You are always moving forward. Everything is working out perfectly for you, even if it doesn't feel like it is right now.
You are brave, you are courageous,
and you're continuing to show up. You take care of yourself. You're listening to what your mind and your body needs. You've decided that you're going to start being kind to yourself and celebrating all the progress that you're making and not measuring it about how far you think you still need to go, but just celebrating how far you've come.
Everything that you have overcome and are still overcoming has created you and shaped you into the person that you are right now, today. And because of that, like everything that you've been through, everything that you understand, you're in such a perfect position to understand others that are going through that, to help others, to support others, [00:05:00] to understand what this human experience is like.
So however hard things feel right now, just know that you are doing amazingly. Just by showing up, just by being here, just by pressing play on this audio, you have every single thing that you need inside of you. You already have all the answers, you can trust yourself, that you are on the right track, and that no matter what happens, you've got you, and that you're going to take care of you. Because the more that you take care of you, the easier it is to show up as you. as your true self, and the easier it is to help others and take care of others.
And all of this is a journey, all of this is learning, there is no point of arriving where we have everything figured out, where everything is just done and perfect. There is no perfect, there's just this wonderfully, imperfectly perfect, perfectly imperfect messiness that is the human experience. And how amazing to be alive in this moment, on this earth, with your feet on the ground, breathing in the air, here with all of these other [00:06:00] humans, on this shared experience of life, in all of its wonder, all of its messiness, all of its hardness.
And just knowing that whatever is happening right now, you are not alone. You are part of something so much bigger than you, and you are doing amazingly. Sending so much love. Mwah.
