How to believe anything you want (and why it matters for your goals) - plus a personal update

In this episode I start with a personal update which feels very vulnerable and scary - reflections on burnout and self-doubt - and so I'm leaning into it even though I've delayed publishing it and almost edited it out twice now. So here we go :) (thanks for listening and being on this journey with me!)
The core of the episode dives into the concept of "believing on purpose" - choosing thoughts and beliefs that align with desired outcomes. I share a story from my experience running the 101km, 6100m CCC ultra-marathon to show how intentional beliefs helped me shift my energy, enhance my focus, helped me overcome challenges in the race and ultimately love the whole experience.
I give five practical tools to practice new beliefs, including using post-ts, audio affirmations, journaling, visualization, and reframing default responses.
