Hi, and welcome to the Scary Girls Club podcast. If you listen to last week's episode, this one might sound a little bit different because I am standing up. I have [00:01:00] so much more energy. Eat. Last week's one, if you haven't listened to it. You can listen to it, but I had just come off the back of having like a very off day and I just wanted to share kinda in real time of like how I'd moved through it, how it's so powerful and so important to just be and meet ourselves, like wherever we are and just allow ourselves to be.
And so even like Friday when I'd recorded the podcast. Like, I had so much more energy, but I was still tired and, and like, so Luke doesn't, he doesn't really listen to the podcast. I think he's probably like, I don't wanna know what you're talking about. But he did listen to, he was like, oh, I listened to the podcast.
I was like, oh, right, which one? He was like, the most recent one. I was like, literally, it's like so different than most of the episodes I've ever put. Like occasionally I'll put a one out that's a little bit lower energy because. You know, I just wanna be honest with like this is how I am. Sometimes I feel this way, like I'm not this like [00:02:00] upbeat with ideas and having this and like all the inspirations flowing, like that's not how I am all the time.
I don't wanna present that as like, this is me all the time because I'm a human. I have off days. I have days where I'm really tired and I have all these heavy feelings just like coming in waves and then I let myself be with it. And sometimes I show up and record a podcast even when I'm still moving through stuff.
And that's okay. Yeah, I was like, oh. If you feel listened to, if there was like any podcast to not summarize or like be like a showcase for what this pod, this like podcast is all about. It was last week's episode anyway, since you haven't listened to it. You can skip it. The summary is be kind to yourself, meet yourself where you are and like it's okay to rest.
And it's so important to just like process your feelings anyway, because I have taken such good care of myself and just allowed myself that space. Like this week even, I have so much more energy and it also helps today, like the sun is shining, like the clouds have lifted and. It's just so good. [00:03:00] So however you are, however today is working out for you, I hope you're having an amazing day.
And if you're having an off day, maybe do go listen to last week's episode about the off day because it's all good and we all have off days and it's just knowing that like every single thing that we are going through, even the highs, the lows, the off days, the like days where everything feels like it's just flowing and we're like, oh my gosh, I could just.
Everything's gonna be amazing. I'm gonna just create all this stuff and like our imagination is running wild. Everything is impermanent, like everything ebbs and flows. So even the hard, heavy stuff, if you can be present with it and accept yourself for however you are, like it will ebb and flow. So however you are today, just sink into whether you're feeling amazing or you're having a bit more of a hard time.
Like it's all good. And the more you can just be present with it. The more it's like we get just this, the richness of the human experience as well. So 40 today's episode, I wanted to dive into [00:04:00] something that might be really helpful if you find yourself overthinking over, analyzing over, like problem solving.
If you find there's just like you have a certain problem just going round and round in your head, like overthinking just meaning. I mean, you probably know, I imagine it almost this like. It's like a washing machine. I've got like all these brightly colored. Garments and I mean, I'm mean all in black today, but I know we're all black, but brightly colored things and like socks and everything just like swirling around and it just keeps going around.
It keeps going around and it's like so noisy and it's like the thoughts and the thinking, the thinking. I'm like when we are in this place of the overthinking, like. Of course we have thoughts every single day. We have over 6,000 every single day thoughts that our brain is offering us. And when we're overthinking, it means we're like actively fixated on some kind of problem.
Something that it's like, there's a problem. I need to solve it. I need to solve it. And so our [00:05:00] brain's just like it's going round and around. Maybe you're having like thought loops of like. What if I don't figure this out? What if this, maybe it's like the worst case scenarios are coming up, and so it's like, what if this happens?
What if it doesn't work out this way? What if this thing happens and it's like, it just feels like there's just this endless churn on one specific thing or one kinda thing that you're maybe struggling with or figuring out, or a problem or something that has happened that your brain's latching onto and just like putting it through the washing machine basically, and it's just going round and round and round.
If this is you, like I wanna send so much love because it is exhausting. And I think especially as both of us who neuro divergent or have a DHD, like our mind can be very active and we can have lots of thoughts about random things at different times. And often it's like we can have very noisy thoughts and it can just feel like there's this chatter and this just like constant like [00:06:00] churning of the washing machine in our head.
And it can be exhausting. 'cause when we are in this place, like when we're focusing on the problem and like, what if this thing happens and what if this and what if this going to the worst case? And also our amazing, beautiful, creative, wonderful brains are so amazing at like coming up with creative solutions and ideas and like connecting the dots and like seeing patterns and like thinking quickly and putting all things, all these things together when they're, when we are in a more like open.
Creative, flowy energy in that open place. When we are in like a more survival mode, like our brain thinks there's a problem, our amygdala like the little fire alarm in our brain. That's like the survival part of our brain. That's like danger, danger. Something has gone wrong here. When we are in a more like survival state, we have stress hormones going around our body like cortisol, adrenaline, and it's like the thoughts are just going and going, going.
Our amazing, beautiful creative mind can also be so. [00:07:00] Creative, imaginative about the worst case of like, well if this, if I can't figure this thing out, this will happen. And then all this, and then all this, and it's like, it can go to, you know, and again, a lot of this stuff can be like, oh, I, I shouldn't, oh my goodness.
I was like, no, it's all good. We are good. I like replaced these like fancy batteries. But normally there's a green light that flashes when I speak, but it wasn't flashing, but we're good. Um. Anyway, I was like on a tangent. Yeah. When we are like in a survival place and we have all these stress hormones and our body's like, something has gone wrong and we are thinking about like the worst case.
The worst case, like it can get really, really elaborate. That's where I was like, we can go to, for example, like, okay, if I mess up in this presentation, then I'm gonna look stupid. Then I'm gonna. Get in trouble for something like at work or then I'm gonna, or [00:08:00] the client's gonna think this thing, then I'm gonna not get awarded this project, or then I'm gonna not get this promotion, or then I'm not gonna get this and then I'm gonna this, and then I'm gonna lose my job and then I'm gonna lose my home.
And then I'm gonna lose like all my family and my friends and I'm gonna end up on the street and it's like we can go to, you know, if I don't get this presentation right or if I don't make this pitch right, or if I don't get this like one thing right, it can like very quickly escalate to like. This very vivid worst case where we are destitute and we have nothing and like everything is taken away from us and it feels horrible like when we're in that place because we have these amazing minds when we can.
Like that's why so, so powerful to understand how your mind works so that you can direct it to be used in all of its powerful amazingness. To move you where you want to go, of thinking of the creative solutions and the ideas and the like, this is how we will change the world and this is how this thing could happen.
And like coming up with all the possibility, that is an amazing use of your brain [00:09:00] when it is focusing on the worst case. And again, like the worst case will probably never happen. Like again, when you think about like ending up on the street or like all of these things happening, like at some point you are resourceful, you're gonna step in and be like, wait.
Everyone makes mistakes. It's all good. I can recover from this. Or like even if you did lose everything and end up on the street, like you managed to get to where you are now, like you can get yourself back to that. So it's just remembering that like our brain can go to these worst case and it's like.
That is like all of these things would have to happen in this terrible, terrible way and we have no agency and we don't do anything to intervene or change it at any point. It's very unlikely. However, it's still, we like when we are imagining it and our brain is going there, we are feeling it like our brain when we're imagining that we have our eyes closed or like we're trying to drift off to sleep.
Whereas two in the morning and all of this stuff is coming up and like. We are overthinking and we're worrying, and we're like this and it's going round. [00:10:00] Our brain doesn't know the difference between real and imagined, like whether these things are actually happening right now, like we are in danger or something is happening, or our livelihood is threatened, or safety and security is threatened.
We would have the same physiological response, the same chemical response in ourselves, the same like raising heart rate and like sweaty palms and like fear as if we are just thinking about it. So like whenever our brain is going to, imagining the worst case whenever it's focusing there, we are living in a state where we think that our like threat, we are under threat.
Like our survival is under threat, like a survival state. And when we're in that place, all of our creativity, like our prefrontal cortex, which is like the human part of our brain. Which is amazing at like problem solving and making decisions and thinking about the future and like imagining and creating and dreaming, that literally shuts offline.
It's like, we don't need that right now. We are gonna save energy and resource. We're gonna focus just on [00:11:00] surviving. And so we get into a very like narrow-minded, short term focused of like, how can I get away from this problem? How can I get out of this state that I'm in rather than like. What is I want, and this is how I'm gonna move towards it.
I'm sure there's bumps in the road that we can get into that place that like creative flowy state. When we are allowing ourselves to be calm, we're allowing ourselves to be rested when we're allowing, like we tap into that connecting with something bigger when we're in survival. All of that is offline and we're all, we're thinking about our body is wired again, evolutionary wise to escape.
Danger is like, how do we get away from this threat? There is a threat, even though when our brain's like thinking about the problem, thinking about the problem, thinking about the worst case, there may not actually be a threat. We're not like maybe physically threatened. But we're still having the same response as if we are.
And so all we're thinking about is how do I move away from this thing? And of term? Oftentimes we'll make like short term decisions, reactive decisions, we will make decisions that were like, [00:12:00] ah, I just like moved away from this thing rather than like moved towards what I wanted. Can you see there's like a difference?
It's like there's a thing you don't want and you can move away from that, like. A hot stove or something and it's like, oh, it's too hot. Like I'm moving away from that. Like that would be like an immediate reaction or something that you're not enjoying or something you don't like. It's like move away from that, or that feels threatening.
And then there's the stuff which often we don't do because we often spend our life moving away from like, don't like that. Move away. Don't like that. Move away. Don't like this. Move away. Rather than like, wait, what is it I do love? What is it I want? What is it? I'm like. So interested and like, want to build and create for my life, which is why creating a vision for your life and like have, and like practicing visualization is so powerful because you then move towards what you want rather than just moving away to what you don't want, which could also move you to something else you don't want.
And you end up just like bouncing around, moving away from stuff you don't like, rather than being like, no, this is where I'm actually moving towards. So [00:13:00] it's very, it's a very different like. Like you can still be doing the same like actions and like doing things. One of them is survival is like reactive.
It's like don't make this thing react. Rather than like, here's where I'm going and like, how do I move towards this? So there's a bit of context, but like coming back to when you're in the place of overthinking and overanalyzing and all you can think about is this problem and it's waking you up and you're just like, it's going round and round and round in your head.
Just knowing that that overthinking you are in survival mode. Probably when you're thinking about this problem, it's like using a lot of energy. You maybe find yourself a bit more tired, you maybe find your heart rates up, you maybe find your palms are a bit sweaty, you're like maybe feeling frustrated or, um, I'm trying to think about was like fear or a bit like worried, like all of those feelings are coming up around that.
That means you're in survival place. And when you are in survival, your [00:14:00] body's in a survival stress state. All it's thinking about is how to get away from the problem. So it's not maybe thinking about how to ultimately solve the problem and for something that could be bigger. It's like all it's thinking about is I need to get away from this thing.
And so you're not, you're gonna probably be making emotional decisions, short term decisions, not rational decisions, because your logic prefrontal cortex is online. And so. It can often feel like when we're in this, it's like it can feel like we're trying to solve the problem because we're using so much brain power and thought and like cognitive load.
Thinking about it and thinking about it and thinking about it and thinking about it and worrying about it and thinking about it and worrying about it, and it's like it can feel productive. It's like, well, I've been thinking about it for two weeks now. Literally like every waking moment of the day, and yet.
When we are in a survival place, we, we don't have access to the creative problem solving thinking that is going to help solve it. [00:15:00] Like, we just don't, it's offline. All we're thinking about is the problem, and we just get, we get like stuck in the problem and we can't even think about how it could be fixed, how it could be solved, what's on the other side of it, what it could even be like, not, not even being there at all.
And so just knowing that, like if you're in the place where you're overthinking and overanalyzing and like a feeling almost like all consumed by something, a problem, something you're trying to figure out whether it's at work in personal life and it just feels all consuming. That is a sign that you need to actually just step away and surrender.
My goodness. The battery did go in the mic and I'm just like, I'm just double checking to see how much I've been talking. That's not actually been recorded with the site. I literally can't believe it. After double checking it, I obviously like hadn't fully, fully charged the batteries, and I just charge the bio, so at least this [00:16:00] one's full battery.
Um. So we will see. I'm gonna have a little watch back and see. I was like, so in a flow and like, oh, all these tangents. It was gonna be beautiful. So we'll see whether, how far I got and whether I can recreate that. I will see in a bit.
Okay, we are good. I'm just gonna double check. This is still working. I lost like literally a minute of it out of 16 minutes of recording. That is pretty good. So the bit I want to dive back into is like if we, so the way I think about it of like.
Okay, so what do I mean by surrender? For me, I think about this as like just letting go. Just being like, I have given this [00:17:00] so much thought, so much energy. I've been so like in it, it's almost like. Releasing the rains, dropping back. Like I almost imagine it's like a dropping back. I can, I can also feel it when I, like, I can notice when I'm really like in my head analyzing it.
I, it feels I can like almost feel the neurons like firing. Like I can feel it in my head. And then when I notice that I'm in that like overanalyzing, I'm not in that like relaxed open flow. I'm like, I'm like, oh, this is a sign. And I almost just like. Like I drop back and I guess maybe because I've done lots of meditation and visualization, like I can feel almost my like brain state change.
It sounds a bit crazy, but like from this really, like, it's almost like going from up here to like, everything just like opens a little bit and drops down. I, I don't know. That's how I like feel. It is I can. Probably because when I'm in this like [00:18:00] overanalyzing overthinking, I'll notice sometimes, especially like, I dunno if you ever get it, if you're like trying to drop off to sleep and like before I'm like, wait, I need to just do a visualization, do a meditation before sleep.
I can find if I'm like, things are going round around in my head, or if I wake up in the middle of the night and like I'll notice as soon as I notice and catch it, I'm like, oh. And I just like my shoulders drop, my face relaxes. 'cause I realize I've been like kind of scrunching like. Think it's like almost when I notice my shoulders are up and I'm scrunching, I can feel it like in my head as well.
I'm like, think, think, think, think. Thinking, thinking, thinking, like overthinking. And I'm like, oh wait, I need to actually just drop back because I know that when I'm in that overthinking, I'm not gonna solve anything. It's just gonna go round and round and round. It's gonna tire me out, it's gonna be exhausting and I'm just gonna have no energy to actually like tap into something bigger and come up with the creative ideas.
So. Almost like drop back, like physically I can feel myself dropping back and like almost dropping down into my brain. That's how it like feels to [00:19:00] me, rather than like at the front top, it's like drops down. And then I also imagine like, and however this resonates for you, but I imagine giving, like taking the problem that I've been like still fixated on, I'm literally just like handing it up to the universe almost.
Like if you imagine it's like a bunch of. Birds or something, and they're all like, flying around, flying around, and you're just like letting them go and it's like going up and going off and it's like, I am releasing this. I am letting go of like, I've been clutching at the problem or whatever. It's, I'm foc like so focused on so tightly and like gripping it with my tight shoulders and like hunched forward and like my sponged up face and just like, and I'm just like, no more.
Like, it's not for, for me anymore. It's almost like I've. I done as much as I can. I've, I've reached as far as I can with my quote unquote, limited thinking, because I know I'm in survival mode. I'm like, I [00:20:00] know my, my thinking is limited. Like, I'm not gonna come up with a solution to this when it's going round and round in my head.
And I'm like, overthinking, overthinking. Over analyzing, over analyzing. And so I just imagine almost like letting it go and surrendering it and being like, universe. I'm now like giving some of this to you. Like show me the next steps or like, show me the way forward. And if universe doesn't resonate for you, I mean, different things resonate with different people.
It could be, some people use the word like source, like connected to, it's like this higher power, this energy that like we are all connected, we are all made of energy. Like everything in this life and universe is made of energy and it's all like flowing and ebbing and flowing. Like we are one with nature.
We are nature. Like everything is connected. Everything, every time we. Do something, we have a ripple effect and, and it can come back to us like everything is just flowing and connected. And like also when we can just release and surrender and tap into something bigger, whether it's like [00:21:00] universe, source, higher power, intuition, highest self nature, like God, whatever works and like resonates for you.
Like all of these, this like bigger sense of something that's bigger than you. It just like. Brings such a sense of peace and calm. It's like, oh, it doesn't have to be me. Just like figuring this thing out on my own. It doesn't have to be me gripping so tightly to this problem trying to figure out again and again, and again and again.
Going over my head, it's like. This is not working. I am not solving this. Nothing is happening other than it's using so much of my energy. I'm so tired. All I'm doing is thinking about this thing all the time, and it's just like letting it go to something bigger. If something bigger that like is so much bigger than me, and then I understand.
And it's just this like weight, just lift. It's amazing. Like [00:22:00] it's so fun. Try it if you haven't tried, if this isn't part of your practice, like try it. And it's just anything that you're focusing on, just like letting it go, surrendering it. You can even ask for like, what is a sign like that I should, like what is a sign?
What is the next step? And just like asking these questions. And then you find like once you release it and it's like, okay, I don't need to like overthink about this anymore. It's almost like. Parking it. The most amazing thing happens because when you release it and you shift out of survival mode, you're in a more relaxed state, a more open state, you're connected with something bigger.
And then that's when like all of the like crazy ideas and like downloads as they're called, or like things will just drop in or like take, you know, if you're taking yourself out for a walk and it's like. Suddenly you'll see something that will inspire something or you'll have an idea and it's like your brain is still working away in the background.
And when you're not like in this focused survival mode, it's [00:23:00] able to then, because it's working away, it's able to like see connections, see patterns, be like, wait, what about this way? Or what about this thing? Or speaking to this person, or like, what if we don't even need to do this thing at all because we just do it this way?
So it's like what can happen is when we are so overanalyzing and fixated on a problem and then we surrender it and we let it go. Oftentimes we figure like, or we realize it was never actually a problem at all. It's like maybe we didn't even need to do it at all. Maybe there's this whole other way, this whole other way that things can be approached and done that like means, it's like it was never even a problem.
It's like, oh, we just do this way and like that saves all this and all this time, and all these steps and all this, whatever. So it's like, but we can't access that when we're in survival mode and we're just constantly like. Thinking, thinking, thinking. So if this is you and you find yourself, and again, the more that you get tuned into like what creation and like open, expansive, gratitude overflow like that, like [00:24:00] creative Flowiness feels like the more that when you're in the overthinking, over analyzing like the stressed state, you're gonna notice it and it's gonna like the more that you, again, it's like with clients when they start this work.
It, it's like, whoa. And they have the like, go from like rushing and stress and busy and like, ah, all these things and all this panic to being like, oh, I feel like relaxed and calm, and all these ideas came and I showed up how I wanted to, and I was confident and I said all the things I wanted to, and I spoke up and I showed this idea.
And it's like that is like, whoa. That becomes a surprise. Then as they start to shift that, and that is just how they are being, that just becomes like their default when they then go back, because we do like we are variable at all times and our old programming can come in. They go back to like the more survival state of the like rushing and panic and stress and saying yes to everything, I'm working late and that they're like.
Oh, no, it feels terrible, but it's like, it feels terrible because now they're so used to what the other side feels like, that it becomes, it's [00:25:00] like there's such a, it's so jarring. There's such a like cognitive dissonance of like, you get used to feeling like, oh, this is how, like, it feels amazing to be, and so when it, when we're out of that.
It's like, whoa, this is a sign and then we can bring ourselves back. Whereas before any of us do this work, if you are someone who worries a lot and overthinks and like is thinking about something that's going round and round and round in your head. That's maybe all you know and you maybe don't like or you can maybe not remember back or maybe it just feels like that's just how life is.
It's just worrying and there's stressful things and you know, things need overthinking and like you just find yourself in that place and it's like, that's not it at all, but it maybe just becomes so much. This was, it used to be, for me, it was like that was so much of my day to day that I like had this low level like stress and anxiety.
It was like, oh, this is just how life is. It's like, no, that is not how life is. That is us in survival mode. That was like. Very well designed to guests to escape from animals and like survive, but is not how [00:26:00] we are as humans. Like our essence is in this like connectedness and creativity and like flow. And when everything comes together and we just feel like love and abundance and it's like, ugh.
Like that is our natural state. That's what like babies and kids are like, and then we learn and we pick up all of these limiting beliefs and we pick up feeling stressed and getting locked in stress cycles. But like that is not how we are. And so if you're in that, I just wanna send so much love. And also a hundred percent it is possible to change it like a hundred, a hundred percent.
Okay. So I just wanna say that, and part of that is what we've talked about in this episode is like just surrendering and just noticing when you're in the overthinking, like if you can catch yourself in the overthinking, literally that's everything because you can be like, oh wait, stop. I'm just gonna let this go.
Just play with it. I, I like, yeah, I like closing my eyes and imagining just like sending it off. There might be some visual that comes up for you, or you can even like write it down on a piece of paper and like fold it up and put it [00:27:00] somewhere or like send it away, like a worry jar or something. Or just like have it somewhere and be like, I've written it down and now I am releasing it.
Like it is okay to, and it's like it is safe to let it go. That's the other thing. 'cause often we can get into like, I have to solve this, I have to solve this, I have to solve this. Which remembering if your brain is like that, when you're in that place, you're not going to solve it. We think we are, we think the worrying, we think the like overthinking is gonna solve it, but it it's not.
And it's like once you start realizing that like the stepping away and the like building in rest and the. You know, being with your feelings and all those things, and the walk in nature like that is where the solutions come. Like where do you get your best ideas? Probably in the shower, on a run, on a walk, like getting a cup of tea.
Anywhere you've actually stepped away, where you've, you've almost in that moment, surrendered what you were doing. You've gone away and then it's like, oh wait, I'm gonna do it this way. Is the same with that. So if you find yourself getting into the over analyzing. Just release it, [00:28:00] surrender it to some higher power, whatever works for you, surrender it to nature, to the tree gods, whatever feels good for you.
And just see how that's gonna make everything feel a little bit lighter. Okay. I hope you have an amazing rest of the day. Oh wait, one more thing. So before I go, I have been asked a lot for this and I've never done it until. Well until now, because I decided, do you know what? There is a way it could work.
I guess a lot if I will do one-off coaching sessions or if I will do like. So basically if, if people wanna work with me at the moment, I do a six month coaching package and then they can continue on like ad hoc as they want, but it's like six months for the transformation, for like really getting deep, really teaching them all the tools.
So they're like completely rewiring their brain, creating their scary goals, like stepping into a new version of themselves, like with ease with creation and flow and like shifting away from the stress and survival place. The six months, I get asked a lot if I will do single sessions and I've [00:29:00] always said.
Only for existing clients. So like if someone has coaches me, they learn all the tools, then it's like, of course we can do like an individual session or a top up session. However, I have now been thinking, or I've been thinking mulling it over, I guess over the last few months and I now feel in a place where I'm like, I wanna offer single sessions because I know sometimes if people like maybe haven't had coaching before.
It's like, what is this coaching? I don't know if I wanna do six months. So there's that, and it's like you can get a taste of what it is actually like. And also I know that there's people who maybe want coaching on like a specific thing, or maybe they want one or two sessions and then they're like, that's actually good.
I don't want to learn all the tools. And to, to have the, like, they maybe don't want the bigger transformation. They just, they have like a problem or something they want figured out right now and they just want. One or two sessions or whatever it is to just like dive into something, help get 'em [00:30:00] unstuck, help move them forward, give them like a couple tools, take them through visualization, whatever that is.
And it's like help them shift that. Then they can go and be like, okay, cool. That's like all I needed. 'cause I know for me there have been times recently where it's like I've booked individual coaching sessions with different coaches 'cause I'm like, they have something that I want. And I don't know if I want to go into this like whole long coaching package, but I know that I wanna do a few one-off sessions.
So I was like, huh. If that's something that I'm feeling called to do for me and for my own practice is like getting different things from like different coaches of like, this I feel I need right now. This I feel maybe I need next month. And like being able to do that, it's like there will be other people of course, 'cause I get asked, like asked for this all the time that are gonna want that from me.
And it's like, I know and maybe I didn't before, like a few years ago, feel confident I. Offering that, of being able to be like, no one session is enough. And like one session can be so transformative if there's something that you're stuck on. [00:31:00] To have a coach to be able to hold the space. You can figure out what's going on for you and be like, this is why you're doing that thing.
Or like, this is why you're feeling that way, and like, here's how we're gonna shift it so that you can feel this way and you can show up in this way. Like figuring out your blind spots like one. Like literally one session can change everything. And I know that so deeply. And so I feel like now I, I guess maybe it was like a year, a few years ago, like maybe I didn't feel I could stand behind a single session.
I dunno. Whereas now I'm like, I know that like one session I. Like literally is so potent, is so powerful. I guess maybe I've added different tools and have like a different depth of my own experience as well and I know how powerful one coaching session can be and so I've decided to offer it. So if this is of interest to you, if you're like, oh, I just want one, I wanna like figure out a vision for my life or for my work or like where I'm going or I wanna like carve out and like.[00:32:00]
Really dream about this goal, or I wanna, I'm feeling really stuck and I cannot stop procrastinating with this one thing. What is going on? I need help to move through it. Like if there's anything like that coming up where it's like, I am rushing, I'm avoiding this thing, I am struggling, I'm feeling really like heavy about this one thing, whatever that is, if there's a specific thing that you're like, I would love just a session to just like unlock it and like help unpick it and just move through it.
Like if there's a specific thing. Luck. You can now book an individual session, so the link is in the show notes if that's of interest. If you've got any questions, drop me an email. I've got my email in there as well, but like if that is something that you're like, oh yes, this is what I want, then book an individual session and I'll see you on Zoom and we can take some of this work and dive into it.
Just on such a deeper level where it's like what's going on in your own brain, why you're doing what you're doing, why you're feeling a certain way, and also how to move through it. And specific tools, specific practices to be like, go and do this thing.
[00:33:00] Go and think this thing. Go and take this away. To help you shift it. To help you like get unstuck, feel like you're moving again. Stop procrastinating on something, you know, ultimately you wanna do, or like, just carve out that space for dreaming big. Like, how often do we give ourself that time in our like, busy lives to pause and be like, what do I want for my life?
What do I actually want? What like drives me? What is that vision? Like? Why do I wanna do these things? And just having that space to be able to do that and someone to pull out those questions and like reflect it back to you. It's. So powerful. So anyway, I just wanna talk about this all. Okay. I hope you have an amazing rest of the day.
Go practice surrendering and just letting it off to the universe and see how that goes. And I'll see you next time. Bye.
